In an effort to raise funds for youth oriented community programs, Roots and Branches and D-Structure SF have teamed up to present Up From The Underground 2, an all-ages event this April 9th, 2010. Featuring guest appearances and performances by Chosen Few, Abdan the Boll Weevil and DJ Basta, this event is stepping in to fill a needed gap in the San Fransisco cultural community. While the economy is slowly on the upswing, community programs are still being left behind, and Up From The Underground 2 is working to raise money to ensure that nobody gets forgotten in this difficult time. Doors are at 8, and cover is $5, or free with a valid high school ID.
