Despite what rumours may have perspired, the epic Under Pressure International Graffiti Conventionis taking place in Montreal for the weekend of August 8th and 9th. Spearheaded by SEAZ a.k.a Sterling Downey, a pillar of the Montreal urban arts community, the festival is now entering it’s 14th year.
