The 2008 Beijing Olympics has inspired what seems like innumerable sneaker projects within the past few months, and now that the games are coming to an end, Nike has released a special “Closing Ceremony” Air Force One to mark the end of the Beijing games. In true Nike form they have gone for Gold as an all over color with intricate patterns etched into the leather. The Nike “Closing Ceremonies” AF1’s will be available in Hong Kong as of August 25th, so it looks like these will have to be an online order for sneakerheads on the other side of the globe.
