Even though the colorways don’t reveal it, the new Nike Air Max 90 shoes were designed to pay homage to Black History Month. One of the insoles has an African flag, while both are covered with a map of the Underground Railroad. Nike annually releases other shoes as well to celebrate the month that since 1926, has been more than just February.
