This 60/40 parka by Mt. Rainier Design is heavy on both style and function. Some key details on this coat include the hood with storm cinch toggle, two way zipper with pull tab and snap storm flap closure & neck guard, and snap cinch storm guards at the sleeve cuffs. Clearly there was some serious thought put into the functionality of this jacket to battle against inclement weather.
