Ladies streetwear label Hellz Bellz drops this look at its first delivery of the fall 2010 collection, called ‘The Rest Is Her Story’. It’s a vicious downtown look at clothing, with some classic elements (a la American Apparel), but with a grunge twist. Think of it as a line designed by Taylor Momsen’s classier cousin.
