The name ‘Egaku’ means both ‘imagine’ and ‘draw’ in Japanese. The idea behind this concept is to help Japan Egaku (imagining) a peaceful future through Egaku (drawing). The Egaku fundraiser will be offering up prints, zines, books, ceramics, clothes, magazines, jewellery and as well as original drawings and lino cuts for everyone who can give a donation.
Numerous artists are coming together to create this epic art sale, with funds going to support Japan, an event we’re sure is something people can get behind wholeheartedly.
If you happen to be in the London area, the event will take place this coming Sunday, April 3, at Jaguar Shoes in London. The specifics can be found on the flyers below or check out the website.
