Yep, pig HEAD!Â In a rather odd pairing, the guys at Upper Playground have put together this pleasant segment of Alex Pardee and Chis Cosentino preparing and eating pigs head recipes for their Walrus TV channel.Â The two end up making 3 dishes: fried pig ears, pig face, & pig brains.Â Yum.Â I guess this is somewhat a precursor to Alex’s next exhibit : “Letters From Digested Children”, which opens this Thursday.
