Here’s a beautiful collector item from Paris’ Colette, produced in conjunction with Pharrell and luxury industrial designers Bruno Domeau and Philippe Pérès of Domeau & Pérès.
This extremely limited edition “vélo” was hand-made at New York’s Brooklyn Machine workshop, out of airline-grade steel tubing, then shipped to Domeau and Pérès in Paris where the entire frame was upholstered in hand stitched water buffalo leather, requiring 100 hours of labor. There are only 26 bikes available, each one in a different colour, and at 20,000 Euros, this is an extremely limited and memorable collaboration to be sure! If you fancy an eclectic piece like this in your collection, visit the Colette eshop.
