This past weekend was the 11th Annual 3rd Eye Open Hip Hop Festival, which is a celebration of urban music, arts, and design in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The goal of this festival is to unite and strengthen the local community through hip-hop culture. There were live performances as well as many live paintings.
