Keith Haring’s Houston Street and Bowery Mural

In celebration of what would have been Keith Haring’s 50th birthday on May 4th, the Keith Haring Foundation are recreating the urban art pioneer’s Houston Street and Bowery mural. Recreated using extensive photo research, this will provide an apt reminder to anyone who was around when the original was painted in the summer of 82 and introduce those who are less familiar with the artist to Haring’s work. This will stand until December 31st, so go take a peek
