Nigel Cabourn for Converse 2013 Footwear Capsule Collection

Nigel Cabourn and Converse give us a closer look at the footwear component of their 2013 capsule collection. Like many of Cabourn’s designs, the shoes take a noticeable influence from heritage military aesthetics. The offering consists of the Chuck Taylor All Star “Bosey”, and a new silhouette, the Chuck Taylor All Star “Specialty Plimsole”. The bosey features a more substantial sole with a Ventile upper secured to it, while the Specialty Plimsole is a low-top, yet still substantial design for heavy-wear in the warmer months. Crafted from high-grade Italian denim and lined in canvas, the Plimsole is a really interesting new offering from Converse. All of the models pictured above will be available April 11th, 2013 at End Clothing Co.
