In the 1980’s New Balance made waves by introducing a running shoe with a one-piece mid sole. This allowed for maximum cushioning, support, and shock absorption while running. These days the model is more often seen being worn as casual footwear with the occasional jogger seen sporting the classic style. This newest incarnation of the New Balance M1500UK pays homage to the shoe’s heritage as a running shoe. Rather than dressing it up in suede and high end materials, this M1500UK uses nubuck, mesh, and bright primary colours to make reference to the shoe’s original purpose. Still a great casual sneaker no doubt. Check out some more images below.
