everybody says trade shows are mad hectic but every show i’ve been to there’s always been a good deal of b.s. (booth-sitting) and free booze. and if we weren’t all there for industry, i would say we were having a good time. it’s that lunchroom effect. people gather to see and be seen, cluster ’round the cool kids, circulate alliances, and metabolize material.
