Barbra Kruger‘s contemporary artwork on “the kindness and brutality of the everyday” and money, power, and desire is currently being featured in a solo exhibition in the next two months at L & M Arts in Los Angles. Taking place in the artist’s hometown, the exhibit showcases a number of her bold, wry commentaries on materialism, and even a multi-channel video installation titled “The Globe Shrinks†from 2010. Kruger’s witty, no-frills artwork has become established in the world of street art and culture and can be viewed by the public May 14th through July 9th.
