Andrew Lowe has taken Shepard Fairey’s infamous OBEY Giant print and transformed it into a politically motivated piece to raise awareness for Chinese artist/activist Ai Weiwei who was incarcerated on April 3rd, 2011. The image substitutes André the Giant’s face for Ai Weiwei’s and the text “OBEY” with “Love the future” written in Chinese.
