The 24 Hours Nürburgring is an endurance event staged at the Nürburgring, an unforgiving grand prix track in Western Germany. Known as Green Hell, the Nürburgring’s North Loop (or Nordschleife) counts over 100 corners, and 70 major turns in just one circuit. Fans of the course estimate that every year, the course claims between three and twelve victims.
For the 24 Hours of Nürburgring, over 700 drivers pit themselves against the elements, themselves, and exhaustion. If you have the time, this HD video shot by Tim Hahne, documenting this year’s event is an impressive overview of one of the world’s most tiring races on the world’s most dangerous track.
