Over the last year, we’ve seen some excellent political tees come through the ranks, and we’re especially seeing an explosion of them topical to Obama’s inauguration. However, on the backburner of the righteous tees movement is rising Toronto crew TBG – who have released a collection of tongue-in-cheek, politically charged tees consistent with the label’s outlook. The above shirt, titled ‘American Geography,’ is a tragi-comic guide to the last century of American foreign policy blunders. Described as the ‘t-shirt companion to A People’s History of the United States,’ TBG backs up what we already knew: Howard Zinn is dope. Check out these tees, as well as TBG’s incendiary ‘Hand-Picked Cotton’ and ‘I Heart Black Guys’ designs, via our friends at TBG‘s website or at Digital Gravel.
