This eye-popping, red plastic chair was created by the Taiwan-based designer Pilu Wu, who was inspired to by his constant exposure to similar plastic commodities on the streets of Taiwan. Pilu Wu, then added a modern touch to this everyday item, to demonstrate that the necessities that we often take for granted, are artworks. Wu believes that the chair is an important aspect of what constitutes culture, as for us, we’re convinced that any art deco fanatic would love it for patio lounging on a sunny day.
