For the third consecutive year, Manifesto takes over the streets of Toronto, Canada and kicking things into high gear is the Film Festival component that opens September 16th, 2009. The double bill includes Bomb It (an explosive documentary investigating graffiti culture) and Freshest Kids (a documentary covering the history of B-Boys and Bronx hip-hop). The Manifesto Film Festival opens with a red carpet event at Acacia Centre 181 Spadina Ave in Toronto’s China Town area.
