In creating the ‘Elliptica Chair’, industrial designer Rodrigo Bragafrança, claims he sought to “reflect an irreverent personality and trasmit the wit of this newly upbrought generation raised in a society marked by infinite possibilities.” The goal was to create a playful piece of furniture, that would add a bit of fun and whimsy in a rough world. The resulting chair, which is just as useful on its back as on its feet, is something that truly encompasses the fun and ‘Brazilianity’ that Bragafrança was looking for.
