Awkward, hands-on-shoulders (or hips) dancing to Live’s ‘Lightning Crashes.’ Body Glove tees. Video dance parties. Classic Converse skate shoes. For some, each of these things are icons of our salad days. And those who identify those with those things might be glad to hear that San Francisco’s HUF are stocking the classic Converse OTX Skate. It is part of their impressive list of new arrivals – along with the Nike Footscape TZ Fragment and the canary yellow Nike Dunk High Premium SB QS – and the sneaker is looking as fresh as it was in ’97 (or, the year we were convinced everyone featured on the Rascalz’ ‘Northern Touch’ was going to explode).
