Having experienced a deluge of snow last winter, Whistler was the place to be for serious snowboarders and that wasn’t lost on Burton Snowboards and its pro riders who spent time there enjoying the fantastic fresh powder. Riders Jussi Oksanen, John Jackson, Mikkel Bang, Mikey Rencz, Mark Sollors and Jeremy Jones were confined to riding near the trees because of the danger posed by avalanches due to the heavy snow, but as the video shows, they were clearly able to make the most of it.
